How do I register for a training course from the training yearplan?
Send us an email to training@factnetwork.co.za to receive the registration form and to make your payment.
How do the online self-paced training courses work?
Start by registering an account on the website. After you have purchased the course, you can log into you profile and find the course under the Courses tab. You can watch the self-paced courses on your own time, download all the relevant addendums you need, complete various multiple-choice quizzes in between, and obtain your CPD certificate immediately upon submitting the evaluation at the end of the course.
What is the difference between the FACT courses and the courses I can do through the FUNDA programme?
Our FACT courses are in-depth, specialised courses, aimed at professionals who are experienced, or would like to be experienced, generally in delivering therapeutic services to children and families. FUNDA on the other hand, has been designed to offer newly qualified social workers, seasoned social workers, and social auxiliary workers, foundational training on essential topics to support general service delivery. These are one-day courses and are applicable to professionals from diverse practice fields.
