Teaching kids’ skills in emotional regulation is not only one of the foundational principles in any therapeutic work but a crucial starting point prior to starting any trauma work with children. In this brief training course, we will equip you with a sound understanding of the theory and neurobiology that underpins emotional regulation. You will also be equipped with practical hands-on skills in teaching and facilitating emotional regulation in various contexts.
