We offer several self-paced CPD accredited online courses available for purchase on our Home Page. These sessions are an average of 4 hours long and can be completed at any time convenient to you. You will receive downloadable slides for each session, along with addendums, quizzes to complete in-between videos, and a CPD certificate immediately upon course completion. If you would like to purchase one of these courses, simply create a profile on our website, add the course to your basket, and pay through Payfast. To find your Course on the FACT platform, first make sure you are logged into your account, then click on the icon on the top right-hand corner, and select ‘Dashboard’. Next you will see a tab on the left called ‘Courses’. Here you will be able to see and start with your course.

If you are interested in our school-based training packages, please send us a message letting us know the type of training you are looking for, the number of educators or professionals in your group, and the location of your school and whether you would prefer this training to be in person or online. Once we have these details, we will be able to provide you with a personalised quotation.

All our courses take place online. However, if you are interested in training for a large group or organisation, we would be happy to discuss ways in which we can present training to your group in person.

All our training courses are registered for CPD points with the South African Council for Social Service Professionals (SACSSP). Unfortunately, we do not register for CPD with the HPCSA, ASCHP or SACE. Professionals from other Councils are encouraged to apply for external CPD points through their respective registration bodies.

Our existing FACT courses are specifically designed to equip professionals who specialise in the field of child therapy and assessment. These are usually in-depth courses that take place over several days. Our FACT Funda programme is designed to offer shorter, one-day sessions on topics that are relevant to a wider range of professionals. Funda has also been established to offer professionals with training that is affordable and easy to access – therefore this programme runs on a subscription of only R149pm and offers brand new training to professionals every single month. No, FACT does not work directly with families nor offers any child assessment services. Instead, we focus on equipping the professionals who are already working in this field.
